With our perlites, you can achieve more. It’s that simple!
Our experienced team has been providing bespoke solutions to customers in the filtration, construction, and horticulture industries for over 45 years.
Let us help you find the perfect solution for your unique challenge.
Yes, perlite is a chemically neutral and inert material, so it is unlikely to have a negative impact on your solution.
It may influence the water balance and weight of your solution, but it is easy to add and could potentially provide benefits.
It is always a good idea to carefully evaluate any potential changes to your solution before implementing them, and to proceed with caution if you have any concerns.
Yes, perlite is actually one of the least expensive minerals when measured by volume due to its low density and stable shape.
Its added value also tends to exceed its cost, making it a cost-effective choice for many applications.
Perlite is a naturally occurring rock that can be returned to nature after use. Many of our customers have found that local farmers are willing to use “used” perlite on their lands for soil improvement. Some types of perlite, such as those used for insulation, can also be reused.
Additionally, many local waste management facilities will accept perlite for disposal.
It is always best to check with your local authorities for the most appropriate disposal options in your area.
The heat we use to expand the raw perlite is also used to heat up water for district heating. Adding to this, we have a high product yield (10-15X) from the raw material we use as well as minimal waste in our production.
Finally, our products are often re-used for multiple purposes, giving them a second life. All of these factors help us keep our carbon footprint among the lowest in the market, benefiting your sustainability agenda.
Additionally, our products are often used for multiple purposes, adding to your sustainability agenda.
All of these factors help us keep our carbon footprint lower than our competitors.
