Allan Silfverberg

Sales Manager
Responsible for marketing and sales to customers in the Nordics, UK and French-speaking countries
About Allan:
Master of marketing and management, this Danish and French half-breed loves to explore new business opportunities and develop strong business relationships based on trust and win-win opportunities.

Allan speaks 4 languages fluently, is married to Jannie and is the father of two. Allan’s super-power lies in his ability to hear and understand customer needs.

He is a great listener and is curious to know what drives success in your business because he knows that your success is also ours.

Camilla Svanebjerg

Administration Manager
responsible for Customer Service, HR and legal matters
About Camilla:
With a degree in business and law as well as a mind for moving projects forward, Camilla wears more than one hat at Nordisk Perlite.

She handles orders from the UK, Nordics and France, while at the same time overseeing internal administrative cross-departmental improvement projects and HR-related matters.

Married to Søren and a mother of three, Camilla still finds the time and the energy to engage in voluntary works in her community, and the extra battery pack needed for doing all of this is Camilla’s super-power.

Lis Nielsen

Accounting & Payroll Manager

About Lis:
Lis has been with Nordisk Perlite the longest among all our staff. She embodies the culture of our company and takes personal ownership for Nordisk Perlite, not only when it comes to its numbers, but also for everything else.

You should not be surprised, therefore, to see Lis giving a lecture to a production worker, or debating strategic topics with Jannick.

Lis’ super-power is that she always has a story to tell about something that happened in Nordisk Perlite or about her dogs, so unless you have time to spare, be careful with what you ask.

Mile knows everything there is to know about producing dusty products in an efficient and safe manner.

With a long track record of working in the cement industry, Mile brings us valuable experience that will help bring Nordisk Perlite onto a whole new level, production-wise, for the benefit of our customers. 

Mile’s super-power is that he leads by example and always goes the extra mile (no pun intended) to do it right.

Victor Knudsen

Head of Production
About Victor:
Co-owner of Nordisk Perlite and a student of business administration, Victor takes on strategic projects in Nordisk Perlite and helps out where needed until he is ready to step into a more permanent and full time role in the leadership of the company.

Victor’s super-power is his can-do attitude and ability to self-teach, which has been useful to get us over technical hurdles more than once.

Jannick Knudsen

Owner and Chief Executive Officer
About Jannick:
Half Dane and half Finnish, Jannick has been involved with Nordisk Perlite since 2005 and taken over as CEO in 2020.

Since then, he has brought about numerous improvements and new visions for the company.

He has also taken a leading role at Perlite Institute, an international association of perlite manufacturers.

Jannick is in a relationship with Victoria and they have a dog, Maggie, who oftens visits the office and charms everyone.

Jannick’s super-power is his deep understanding of every aspect of perlite manufacturing and perlite handling which helps us keep the costs of producing great quality perlite as low as it can be.
